Juicing for Health


These days, as research mounts regarding the health benefits of eating plenty of fresh fruits and veg, people are rediscovering juicing for health and prevention.

Juicing has many different meanings and purposes for so many people. For some, squeezing some fresh fruits and veg through a juicer and extracting a glassful of pure bliss of a vitamin-packed pulpy nectar of pleasure and health, is the only way to get the recommended serving of fruits and veg everyday. Others are used to juicing as a way of getting more of those hard to get carotenoids and flavonoids a healing compound that experts believe can fight some of the major diseases like cancer and of course heart disease.

Well, and there is the other group, this group of people see juicing as a century old way to cleanse the body of toxins, boost immunity. They also use it to prevent and treat variety of diseases like vitamin deficiency, arthritis and obesity.


Fasting should never be seen as a quick fix solution to obesity! Fasting CAN be a life changing experience, when done right can lead you to a place, I like to call “over the rainbow” It’s a state of wellbeing, clear head and free of symptoms. Wouldn’t you like to be free of disease, free of flab and be able to think clearly without mood swings? All of this is possible with fasting.
